Use the portal as the primary method for document submission — allow 7 days for tax preparation

Email is used only for follow-up and to set up review appointments

Securely upload documents to our portal
4. Review & Finalization

Review your tax return and ask any questions

Sign Form 8879 via Docusign or upload the signed copy to the portal

Pay the preparation fee via Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer

Once the signed Form 8879 and payment are received, your tax return will be filed

5. Analysis & Planning

Emails to schedule tax planning appointments will be sent in advance

Post–tax season planning meeting to review strategy, income, withholding, deductions, and any additional required information
